Weekly Meal Planner

I've spent a lot of time thinking about the verse that reads "she does not eat the bread of idleness" in Proverbs 31. That bread of idleness looks different for everyone, but this is what it looks like in my life:

the lack of planning: meals, my work day, workouts, devotionals, finances
over planning
social media
blog surfing
shopping
watching lame tv shows
confusing watching tv for much needed rest
over-searching for a home to buy
becoming to busy or lazy to care about important things
and the list could go on and on

The one that sticks out to me lately is planning meals. When I'm idle and do not plan, we just end up going to "grab something real quick." The fresh produce I buy is fed to the worms (literally) and our money is spent on expensive food. Idle....

Sooooo, I've designed and printed these weekly meal notepads to help plan for each week.

blog surfing is not necessarily idleness!!!!

you're right, not always...but I could spend hours and hours blog surfing and it gets to be pretty bad!
